Upcoming Think-Ins Series
Join us for the inaugural Think-Ins Series: open and honest conversations about aging in community for the middle market.

2Life Communities is launching a series of “Think-Ins”- community conversations designed to spark our collective thinking about optimal aging, which at 2Life centers on our passion for aging in community.
There will be two Think-Ins this fall that will be free and open to all.
- On Wednesday, November 20th from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM, Temple Beth Shalom in Needham will host Joy Loverde, a nationally recognized expert on active aging and author of two widely acclaimed books, will lead a lively discussion about the Longevity Revolution, the Three Big Questions, and how the benefits of aging in community can lead to a long and happy life. Joy will share an enlightened and optimistic way to look at the future. Q&A session with 2Life CEO Amy Schectman. Lunch will be served at noon, presentation will begin at 12:30 PM. Attendees will receive a signed copy of Joy’s latest book.
- On Thursday, December 5th from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Temple Reyim in Newton will host Marc Freedman, founder and CEO of Encore.org and a nationally recognized social entrepreneur. Marc will lead a discussion on the Value of Volunteering past midlife - sharing his experience and insights while discussing the many benefits of tapping into passions and talents to contribute. Q&A session with 2Life CEO Amy Schectman. Light Dinner will be served at 6:00 PM, presentation will begin at 7:00 PM.
