Why the name change?

Opening Soon! The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg House

We will soon open The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg House, our newest apartment building, on our Brighton campus.

Architectural rendering of The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg House

Named in honor of The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation, whose generous gift helped make this project possible, the 57,400 sq. ft. building is connected to our existing 700-apartment Brighton campus, allowing residents full access to our many services, programs, and amenities.

We are thrilled to welcome a diverse group of older adults as they move into the 61 state-of-the-art, adaptable apartments at Weinberg House. The building is the first in the City of Boston’s Initiative to End Chronic Homelessness to have units designated for chronically homeless seniors, and residents of the seven apartments set aside for the initiative will receive enhanced services through HEARTH, Inc. Weinberg House also features five apartments for adults aging with lifelong developmental disabilities, run in partnership with Advocates and the MA Department of Developmental Services.
