Members of our Community Investors Circle contribute an annual tax-deductible gift of $1,000 or more to ensure that 2Life can maintain its operations, and grow as our real estate portfolio grows to serve more older adults.
2Life Community Investors provide a sustainable foundation for our programs and services, which rely completely on private philanthropy. An annual tax-deductible gift of $1,000 or more ensures that 2Life can maintain its operations, and grow as our real estate portfolio grows to serve more older adults.
As a Community Investor, you’ll be recognized at our annual fundraising event and in our annual report. You’ll also gain access to exclusive 2Life events, e.g., conversations with our CEO and other experts on aging in community and groundbreakings and ribbon cuttings with the mayors of Boston and Newton, the Governor, and other elected officials.
Here are some examples of the impact our Community Investors choose to make:
- $3,600 can Fight Hunger with 360 meals for residents at Golda Meir House
- $2,500 can Strengthen Health by underwriting on-site nurse consultations for 100 residents
- $1,800 can Support Independence with a 10 hours of shopping trips in a wheelchair accessible van for up to 16 residents
- $1,000 can Prevent Falls by providing 15 hours of fall prevention classes and one-on-one training with 2Life’s fitness staff for 10 residents
